• B.S.C.E. - North Dakota State University, Fargo, 1986

Project Examples

  • St. John the Evangelist Church, Little Canada, MN - Project Engineer responsible for the design, specifications for the geometric site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, site utilities, hydraulic analysis and agency permit approvals. The proposed plan consists of removing the existing school building, additional parking, rerouting existing utilities, construction of new school building and design of an infiltration pond for water quality treatment.
  • SoftPac Industries, Elk River, MN - Project Engineer responsible for the civil engineering design of a 64,000 square foot manufacturing building. The civil engineering design consists grading, drainage, erosion control, storm water quality treatment pond, storm water rate control, site utilities, hydraulic analysis and agency permit approvals. The site was designed to accommodate a future building with loading docks.
  • Ridgepoint Transitional Housing, Minnetonka, MN - Project Engineer for the site development for 2 - four unit buildings. Services included a master grading and drainage plan for Phase I. The master plan provided rough grade elevations for the proposed future development, storm water quality and rate control pond for the entire site, the schematically identified domestic/fire water lines, sanitary sewer lines and storm water lines for the future work. Civil work also included hydrology calculations for the entire site.
  • Roseville High School Loading Dock and Exit Remodel, Roseville, MN - Project Engineer for the addition to the loading dock area which included an exit facility with a canopy, storm sewer installation and dumpster screen walls.
  • Bloomington Transportation Building, Bloomington, MN - Project Engineer for addition to the transportation building, which included a new loading dock, storm sewer installation and a bus wash building. This project also addressed issues such as flood plain and storm water computations related to flood water elevations.
  • St. Thomas Law School, Minneapolis, MN - Project Engineer responsible for the design, specifications for the geometric site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, site utilities, hydraulic analysis and agency permit approvals. The proposed plans consist of building removal, intermediate plans accommodating on site parking, design of new Law School site as well as providing adequate design for future buildings on the site.
  • New Firestone Site, Minneapolis, MN - Project Engineer responsible for the design, specifications for the geometric site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, site utilities, hydraulic analysis and agency permit approvals. Site design involved, demolition of building and existing surface features, storm water quality management, grading, drainage, utilities, erosion control and specifications.
  • US Bank, St. Paul, MN - Project Engineer responsible for the design, specifications for the geometric site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, site utilities, hydraulic analysis and agency permit approvals. This project involved design of city streets and utilities, stormwater quality treatment through use of an infiltration pond, stormwater rate control as well as an intensive draintile system under proposed building. Permits were required to be obtained from the Army Corps of Engineers, City of St. Paul, Minnesota Department of Transportation and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
