Mr. Downs is the President of the corporation. He specializes in the design of office building and parking ramp structures.

Mr. Downs has presented seminars and lectures nationally on research and development of innovative theories in structural analysis and design with numerous articles published. He serves as a Committee Officer on the national American Concrete Institute Committee 362, "Parking Structures" and Past Chairman of Committee 117A "Concrete Tolerances."
