BKBM Engineers provided structural engineering services for the Northwest Airlines Federal Credit Union and parking ramp.
The office building consists of six-stories, 124,800 square feet and an additional 20,100 square feet of useable basement space. Adjacent to the credit union is a two-level, 45,000 square foot, 285-stall parking ramp.
Both the office building and parking ramp were built using a cast in place post-tensioned concrete system. Construction costs are estimated at $9 million for the office facility and $1.3 million for the parking ramp.
