The County of Washington and the City of Woodbury worked together on this unique, family oriented facility.
The facility consists of a multi-story county library that is designed for future expansion and other alternates. The library was built adjacent to an enclosed city park structure that hosts a vast assortment of live plants and a running waterfall. The park also hosts an auditorium with stadium seating.
